Collaboration is highly encouraged, not just horizontally but up and down the org chart.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think the company does a great job of continually finding ways to keep our insurance premiums relatively low.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love thinking that I have a large part in ensuring the continued success of a 98 year old company.

I like that they were so thorough. I had 3 interviews and when I was made an offer, it truly felt like I had accomplished something.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team truly lives our company's culture. It really seems that the decisions they make are done so through the framework of our organizational core values.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team fosters an environment where all viewpoints are welcomed even when they differ from others. We also provide a safe space to share those opposing viewpoints without judgement. Often, great insight and ideas come from our team meetings.
