
It's fair; I don't feel cheated
They're accessible in that they're not disconnected from us; they'll stop and chat/laugh with us when they're walking through the building.
I immediately felt at ease; I didn't feel at any point like the interviewer had walked into the room with the intent of intimidating me or making me feel inadequate (which would have been childish).
I feel like my team has my back; they rally for me and each other in the workplace and also in personal lives. I could call them for help with a work question or a life problem and I know they'll help in a heartbeat.
The integrity, by far. ArcBest is the only corporate I've ever worked for, so I'm always surprised when I hear employees of other companies talking about their boss's scandals or cheating; I didn't know that a strong integrity was so rare in a corporate environment.
My coworkers and my boss are amazing - fun, funny, and hardworking - and the stress level is low enough that I don't feel 'stressed' and I don't take my work home at the end of the day, yet it's high enough to be engaging and I don't feel bored at work.
