What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are extremely professional and capable, but also real and approachable. This truly listen and incorporate feedback whenever the opportunity presents itself. Integrity is one of ArcBest's core values, and it absolutely starts at the top.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Everyone would like to make more money, but I feel that my salary is fair and in line with my skill set and experience. And when you factor in our incredible benefits package, the value of our overall compensation is hard to beat.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The genuine sense of inclusion and family, and the investment put into ArcBest employees. From training and development to ongoing growth and always stepping up to help one another, I've never worked a company that does a better job of practicing what they preach.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The efficiency. For such a large company with so many layers, the interview process was incredibly smooth and streamlined. Communication was frequent and clear. The video technology at the front end saves both the company and candidate time and energy for the initial interview.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Not only is everyone bright, skilled and engaged, but they are all high-quality, high-character people. We genuinely care for and look out for one another, and we collaborate beautifully. I credit our supervisor for her skill in finding the best fits and putting this team together so effectively.
