I liked the idea of meeting potential bosses and understanding what goes on within the departments.

Some of the best things about my team is that no job is too small, there's a lot of collaboration and cross-training, and everyone is accountable!

I feel like the culture and environment within the company and department I work in is fair. I am able to work on tasks and projects on my own and if I need help or have a question the team is helpful!
