More and more, I see efforts to support work-life balance in our company. Nothing is perfect, but I can feel support from both my manager and our leadership to pursue a full lifestyle outside of the workplace.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The employee who led me to my interview wore a graphic T-shirt (company branded) over a skirt. This was an indicator for the nature of the interview process & expectations at the job: professionalism is not just about wearing a suit. Individual personality is welcome.
