What makes you most happy at work?
Encouragement from my peers makes me happy because I am a new hire and I don't know a whole lot.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that I got to meet people from all kinds of different positions within my department. It was also relatively casual and there wasn't much associated stress.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is geared toward growth and there are countless resources to grow in all different aspects. Everyone is willing to help you learn new things to help you grow, as well.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The wellness track for health insurance discounts is an incredible idea. Encouraging your employees to be healthy saves costs on health expenses so insurance can be cheaper. It also promotes productive, happy employees.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate their transparency. I also really appreciate their involvement in our day-to-day activities. As a new-hire, they already treat me with respect and have told me how much they enjoy having me on-board.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is incredibly patient with me while I learn how to do things they've done countless times. They are friendly and inviting and have included me in things from the beginning. They're also near my age so I can get along with everyone easily.
