The leadership team has made great decisions to ensure we all have a job in the future but at the same time are always putting their ear to the ground to see how their employees are doing.
What makes you most happy at work?
The thing that makes me the most happy is when a plan comes together. We work across many work groups with complex problems and it is very fulfilling when we get our creative problem solvers together to fix or make better these issues.
