The people and the culture. I also enjoy succeeding in my role and being given lots of responsibility.
What are some of the best things about your team?
You can really be yourself at work. My coworkers are also my friends. I love getting to work and talk with them daily.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is very humble and approachable. I feel like if I saw them around town I could walk up to them.. I have done that once in fact!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It doesn't feel like a job where everyone is stiff and unfriendly. It is welcomed and encouraged to create friendships within the office. Sometimes we even take breaks to go on walks or play ping pong.
