I think when they cut pay in all our departments the morale dropped. Then we read where the CEO gets huge raises. As we all struggle to deal with inflation it has dropped the desire to go above and beyond.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think they try to keep our morale up but it's hard when you work from so far 5 years without any raises but yet everything else keeps going up. Money talks and it gives you the desire to go above what is expected.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think our insurance pays too slow, I'm on my 4th month after surgery and i still have over $12,000 that I owe. I will try to see what I can do about it today. I need money to live daily and i do my part on my 401K i just wish we would get raises.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I like my coworkers but we all know we can do our work from home and there is no reason why we should have to come to the office. We can work 6 days at home where other departments do not have to come to work or have to work one day a week. I have yet to talk to anyone that likes coming to the o
