I like how we are able to get a reduced insurance payment with Castlight
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is very fun and relaxed, there is not a ton of cut-throat attitudes which I appreciate
What did you like most about the interview process?
Well my interview process was entirely online so it was a little different than normal. I did think they did the best they could though given the circumstances
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is fantastic, we are all willing to help one another and are interested in what each other is working on. We are able to brainstorm with each other effectively.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how you can tell the leadership team actually cares about what we are doing and is always offering to help even on smaller projects. They are great at looking at the big picture and helping us see different perspectives
