higher base, stronger take home commission off of margin, better maternity leave coverage

i think base salaries are low compared to competitors. Also for people who have been here 5+ years.

Yearly increases on the base, not just when you hit promotions (based on performance of course)- Newer teams havent been given the tools and resources to grow as other teams have

We are in the market daily and we do get underpaid salary wise as a recruiter

More competitive base salary based on tenure. Hired years ago and not paid comparatively to people who were hired more recently in this competitive market

engaging and motivated, and wants to bring on new ideas and programs

Ability to join additional trainings, panels, l&d, D&I initiatives. Hybrid has been postiive although for some its been an option so having more of a flex approach for all would be even better.
