Medic support and meal tickets

Review from HR Dept

Transparent Anual Increase based on performance and parking spaces and free food on special days

Review from Operations Dept

Benefits/wellbeing programs, opportunity for "bonuses" throughout the year

Review from HR Dept

My bonus, raise and the opportunity to receive an additional bonus.

Review from HR Dept

Our compensation packages are among the most competitive in the industry.

Review from HR Dept

That's a great question!,I'm really happy with my compensation package overall

Review from Engineering Dept

Medical insurance and saving fund

Review from Admin Dept

We are on top percentile of the compensation and benefits.

Review from HR Dept

WORKPLACE IS GOOD IN ORDER TO TRACK INFORMATION

Review from Communications Dept

Not sure. Base pay is okay and so are the benefits.

Review from HR Dept

Bonus & Unexpected Connection Award to show recognition for work or special projects.

Review from HR Dept

Overall package: Salary, discounts, benefits & perks

Review from IT Dept

We have access to more benefits than I can keep track of.

Review from Customer Success Dept

All of it. The Benefits, 401K. PTO.

Review from HR Dept

Flexibility with new compensation policies.

Review from HR Dept

The Total Rewards view is much greater than the salary. The Bonus has generally been over 100% payout, the benefits are periodically reviewed and enhanced. Compensation is competitive

Review from HR Dept

My new salary and overall benefits

Review from HR Dept

its fair including the out of business hours, and the health coverage.

Review from Business Development Dept

It is above market & there is a clearly called out target bonus.

Review from HR Dept

The medical and wellness benefits are amazing at AT&T.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Just better paid think we can do for a raise

Review from IT Dept

By getting a better salary and better benefits

Review from Operations Dept

No response to this question

Review from HR Dept

Benefits need to be aligned to the market and the level.

Review from HR Dept

Considering the amount of extra effort and work I deliver (often above my paygrade), a promotion would suffice. This way, AT&T may lose their biggest talents to burn out and resignations if the individuals showcasing high performance and delivering value are not recognized appropriately in time.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Our retirement plan is awful, our medical benefits are getting worse every single year I've already get paid below average here now add the extra cost of living in Florida we are a paycheck away from being homeless.

Review from Operations Dept

As for Japan, I have been received unprofessional statement and attitude internally. So it makes me feel undervalued. Please email and share about harassment globally. They will notice what harassment is.

Review from Communications Dept

They have changed my TSR twice now from one year to the next making it impossible to get to get a raise. How can I work all year in one TSR then it's changed in January of the following year and my raise is based on the new TSR.

Review from Engineering Dept

we seem to reward leaving and coming back, or in general external experience more so than being a top performer that promotes internally

Review from HR Dept

I go above and beyond on a daily basis, and no one sees this but my immediate manager. I think more money would make me feel better.

Review from Operations Dept

Would love to see a re-evaluation of my area cost of hiring should not be the only basis to calculate base salary, cost of living and inflation should be added. The rate of inflation and percent of salary increase is only being equalized

Review from Operations Dept

our company is more focused on being middle of the pack when it comes to compensation and benefits.

Review from Operations Dept

I woukd like more incentives for working hard, and i would like for management to receive raises equal to or better than the union employees

Review from Engineering Dept

I feel as though I should have the same consideration as other part of the organization for equal pay against my peer group, but that those of us within the HR organization are not given the same consideration for peer equity evaluations as other parts of the business.

Review from HR Dept

Workload is unbalanced supporting certain client groups, the pay is not commensurate with the constant pace of the work.

Review from HR Dept

More cash compensation and health care that does not cost so much.

Review from Operations Dept

I would love a real career path for the M?

Review from HR Dept

I fell that i make less than new managers and i have been here for more time than all of them and have the skills required and go above my job expectations they compensation is not fair as they are not allowed to mark LCE'S the best to give them a raise it goes to Network Managers only

Review from Engineering Dept

Every year we get on the earnings calls and hear we are improving yet every year our benefits decrease, we don't even get cost of living increases, and we are expected to do more than our job.

Review from HR Dept

Give an actual raise that meets at least the cost of living. Especially while the executive team is pulling large bonuses.
