The work environment is excellent, and my manager never micromanages; instead, he provides outstanding support and exemplary leadership.

Review from HR Dept

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I want to be sure i will be able to grow and get better opportunities in the company

Review from Operations Dept

The office....any office I have been in actually hasn't been updated since I arrived many years ago...It's not sanitary...water is brown, mice, bugs holes in the doors, office, dirt. I won't eat anything that touches a surface here. It's disgusting to say the least and it's embarrassing.

Review from Engineering Dept

The corporate culture is the WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN IT in all my years at AT&T

Review from IT Dept

I don't feel valued. Like I said before walk the walk. We have laid off so many people that no one knows what they are doing and who supports who. Hold on to your good people, leadership (3+) is so disconnected.

Review from HR Dept

team leadership is not good in the team

Review from Admin Dept

Lack of efficiency in software, apex guidelines, guidelines have been micromanaged to a ridiculous point.

Review from Engineering Dept

RTO, did you seriously expect a different answer

Review from Engineering Dept

hire enough people to do the work. even if once its complete and you have to lay some off.

Review from Engineering Dept

RTO was a surplus in disguise. It forced many to relocate unnecessarily in order stay employed in this bad job market and others to leave. We have lost so much talent as a result and now have overcrowded workspaces that require long commutes and early start times in order to get a seat.

Review from HR Dept

again, Leadership handcuffs us and in the past 6 years made my job less efficient, counterproductive and unfortunately with the SVA cost the business 100 of millions of dollars nationwide. and for the past 6 years we've shown where that money has gone only to be told OUR LEADERSHIP team doesn't care

Review from Engineering Dept

The micromanaging environment and non-flexibility is so difficult to overcome.

Review from HR Dept

AT&T is actively trying to go to a contractor and project manager model. They would like to have AT&T engineers be phased out. Mr. Stankey has come out and told us that our expectations are wrong. AT&T has become very cold and uncaring. There is no future here. Unfortunately, this is just a job

Review from Engineering Dept

Micromanagement. Return to Office requirements. Attendance Issues. Lack of Budget. Restriction of work travel.

Review from HR Dept

More flexible hybrid office policy

Review from HR Dept

People with no experience in the field they are in or management experience should not be promoted to leads just because they have a controversial relationship with their own lead.

Review from HR Dept

Too many things to list here in a short period of time.

Review from HR Dept

Nervous going in everyday to see what business unit is going to get hit next. Or another lecture about swiping - it's so micromanaging and I feel like we should be spending our time on more important things.

Review from HR Dept

Treat employees with respect and pay them how they deserve. Quit forcing RTO on people who never had it. Focus on retaining employees, not forcing them out. Software isn't a field where someone new can come in and get to work immediately. We are going to fall apart.

Review from Engineering Dept

I would like to have more flexibility and have Sr. leadership trust I am capable of making the best decisions for my client and the way I support them.

Review from HR Dept

The company does not care about employee's work life balance. Allow employees to flex between their required office location and an office location closer to their home.
