What makes you most happy at work?Collaborating with my team and finding innovative solutions to complex problems.
What makes you most happy at work?Teaming and coworkers. Every day I'm shocked and what they have accomplished with so little autonomy and so many challenges. I've seen pure burnout and then renewed second wind over and over again.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? The people I work with directly in Avaya.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Support distributed teams and work life balance.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? Many employees have not had a raise for years. Many employees lost a great deal of money in Stock Options that was supposed to be a benefit. Heathcare premiums and out of pocket expenses are ridiculous now. Overall, we all make less than we did 10 years ago with inflation.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Lack of direction and continuity
