Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
BofA does not value its employees or compensate them fairly. Its also difficult to transition from a contract position to full time.

Due to the distributed team culture at BofA most employees very rarely meet face to face. There is very little empathy or understanding.
