Reasonably transparent; high integrity. Generally, there is a genuine concern for the human beings who work for the company - goes well above and beyond when employees face personal challenges.

Some of the best and brightest in the industry; highly diverse and extremely tolerant. Sometimes we work too hard, but it is never demanded. What is demanded is excellence and integrity

They are not well educated (low tier schools from India). Most of the senior management has limited sense of ethics.
