As a Customer Care Champion this is a very detail oriented, time-sensitive job, and takes a lot of knowledge in many areas. I am not paid overtime, however with a heavy workload and everything I mentioned above, it's difficult to meet most deadlines without working overtime. Salary bump would help.

I don't feel undervalued just think starting pay could be $22.00 or more per hour.

Salary, compensation should also reflect geographical area and cost of living. BCD should take account of that when employees have to relocate and offer some type of market adjustment
