What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency! They're super willing to share at the detailed level, whether it's strategy, mistakes, concerns, or opportunities. I just emailed our business unit head a question about a presentation she gave and got a thoughtful, detailed reply.

Flexibility to go at your own pace and capacity. There is more than enough work and opportunities to grow than anyone can take on, so you're free to develop your career along those lines that resonate theost with you.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Interview about past experience. They let you shine through your past work. Also they don't focus on artificial data structs and algorithms but on code structure, design, API, good practices.

Collaborative, instead of adversarial approach. Pairing interviews where you work with the interviewer on a solution rather than someone staring at you work.

I really enjoyed that the pairing exercises were very iterative problems and that I could use a real computer with an Idea to solve them as opposed to a whiteboard.
