What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership needs to actually listen to the employees when they bring up concerns or suggestions to best practices. There is a huge disconnect between what management says is going to happen and what actually takes place on a daily basis.

Leadership team needs to do a better job of connecting the advertised goals of the company to an individual's efforts. There needs to be more training of team members to allow them to better contribute to achieving the company's goals.

I have been on a bonus structure that rewarded me when our plant performed well. Now with changes that have been made in my area I have no Idea if I still have a bonus incentive and if I do how it is measured.

There is no wage transparency at this company, and I feel that the company takes advantage of that to suppress wages.

coming from Trussway. the company would have a Trussway health account where it would cover some of you deductible and it was nice. With BFS record profits more than a cost of living increase would be nice instead of stock by back making the stock holders richer.

For the value me and my small team create as a whole, there should definitely be different pay structure. Benefits aren't super competitive.
