They are very approachable. They do not make you feel like you are below them.
They all have a range of experience across the company so they understand the work, the roles, and the needs if individuals as they were in these roles prior to to their leadership roles.

The team is very loyal to one another

I love my team! They are smart, fun, and so supportive and understanding. We help each other and are truly a team.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone geniunely cares for each other
Everyone is happy to be there and enjoys each others company.
The culture is amazing. I have been with the company for more then a decade and that is truly bc of the people and culture. From a compny jam band to planned volunteer days to many in person relationship building opportunities- incredible culture.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The people I met with at each step were amazing. Recruiters were informative and helpful, with me every step of the way. They helped me prepare and feel at ease during the process.

I met with several people and was able to hear different perspectives on the company. Most were long-term employees so it was a great to hear about the path each one had taken from their initial roles to their current ones, which made it clear this is a place where people can grow.

Extreme communication. In a world where ghosting and little to no communication exists, the interview process at C Space was refreshing. Talent did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it w/ good communication. The entire process took 33 days - interview to hire!
