What is the best part about your compensation package?
PTO is great, health benefits are top quality and the company pays a generous portion. The disability, a life insurance and EAP are free. Work schedules are flexible for all.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is one of progressiveness and positivity.

People really care for each other as people. The company is doing things to show they also care for us as people (we got a snack box sent to the house).

The communication was really good. They followed up in a timely manner and everyone seemed like they were rooting for me rather than taking the intimidating approach.
