I love CarMax it used to be a great company to work for they used to really care about their employees. But a lot of people took advantage of that and I wish they didn't, because now it seems to be a company to get you to your next company people are afraid for their careers!

Friendly helpful staff that take the time to let you know everything you need to know about the career you've chosen and your benefits
What makes you most happy at work?
A understanding and caring manager that earns your respect and knows how to lead not a micromanaging, babysitting, call center manager that looks for the worst in everybody! I just want to be happy in doing my job with a manager who looks out for you.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
A manager that cares what we think, how we feel and doesn't try to force us to be perfect and penalize us because we're not able to be like them. Also most importantly to not work in fear of losing our jobs all the time and damaging our careers
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
It would be nice if they cared about their employees and listen to him also stop trying to force them to be perfect and penalizing when they not forced to be perfect Allow them some understanding and truly care about what we feel that makes all the difference and how hard we work!
