That it would match the work load

They are a bunch of corrupt and dishonest management, do a lot of favoritism to other employees, they are disrespectful and discriminating

they are scared about managers, and afraid to raise any concerns because the managers will fire them if the concerns are about them or not

Carmax is a comfortable place to work, but definitely cookie-cutter company culture.

It was quick, and when applying for internal positions, your managers will usually put you through mock interviews to help you prepare.

They are rude they always complain

Carmax boasts about the opportunity to advance, but it is very easy to get stuck in any particular position. It would be easier and cheaper to place an already loyal, hard-working employee in position and train them into what you need.

the corporate should carefully listen to all associate's concerns and eliminate all those bad managers that are greedy and disrespectful
