Aside from aching feet, I have enjoyed my time with CarMax. It is especially nice, being able to work outside.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Awards to those who earn them. Enforcement of basic rules.
What makes you most happy at work?
Solving problems. Each problem is a little puzzle to figure out.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager listens too us, is friendly, and is supportive of our goals and ideas.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There is little communication, between shifts. We are often left with no notes from the previous shift.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The managers, who were interviewing, made you feel like they were like everyone else at the company.
