Working with my coworkers who are reliable.

The personal nature I had with my interviewer.

The best part about our compensation is the insurance we get from the company.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We are well trained. Sometimes employees can be overzealous with the rules and negatively impact morale with micromanagement, but we all know the standards well.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

A way to make the sales consultants feel more stable in their pay and free in their ability to sell cars as they wish (not including manipulation of the customer) would be helpful for company culture.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

More and more decisions are being made that negatively impact the sales associates and positively impact customers in minor ways. This is okay, but the sales associates are not compensated and have not had a pay increase in fifteen years.
