Carmax really cares. Always trying to get volunteers for events.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It wasn't too time consuming. 15 minute phone interview then 20 or so minute in person interview.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
All managers and leads are different. The ones who I work under are compassionate and friendly. Strong leadership skills and always willing to help in development of their associates.
