Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel I am paid below the market for my position, and the benefits are expensive. The spouse surcharge is also frustrating.

I feel slightly undervalued - more consistency with HR practices, feedback and giving goals to achieve a promotional environment would be helpful

The work undertaken is not proportional to the remuneration received, and many individuals have done work that they consider useless, forcing them to do some work that helps other departments

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The work is good, but just not very exciting. When I'm in the office there aren't many people there usually, and most of my co-workers spend a lot of time complaining about how busy they are. It is much less busy than my last job, which is good and bad.

No meaningful action by CECO to provide a properly staffed environment with subject matter expertise or willingness to become one and take responsibility for their work and duties. Hire the competent staff we need asap.
