The liberty to do my job without the typical anxiety of dealing with horrible culture, people, expectations, etc...
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have enjoyed the impressive equipment provided to me. I have enjoyed sharing an experience working for a great company with other appreciative people. I met the president and he was approachable and easy to speak with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know that I could earn more elsewhere, but I would not want to trade the culture and support I have for more money. I am aware that we pay other people with less skills in my area of expertise much more.
