Interview process in thourough and time consuming. Every person matters and the wrong person can destroy an incredible culture.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open, honest, share details even when final answers are not known. They are people. Low ego. Smart, dedicated and caring.

I feel completely supported and encouraged. Centric truly cares about me and about the clients we serve. They do the right thing, always.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Centric hires good people and doesn't tolerate big egos or bad behaviour. I am inspired by my co-workers who are well rounded, kind, smart people.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm fairly compensated. Centric regularly reevaluates and adjusts salaries to ensure fair compensation. Occassionally a large project will demand significant overtime. Centric provides overtime bonus for hours over a threshold. This means a lot to me.
