It is a nice mix of work talk and personal talk so it does not seem like it is all work all day.

The team meets regularly to share / collaborate so it allows you to get some help with any challenges you are facing or help others with their work.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I marked the interview process as "difficult" but to me, that's what I liked about it. They were very thorough and I had to meet with a lot of people to ensure I was right for them (and in turn I realized they were right for me). By having this more thorough process I feel we get the best people.
