The salary is quite competitive for my current position and area of location.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company culture is largely emphasized and the opportunity to engage with other co workers is highly encouraged.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The skills questions were mixed in with the behavioral questions and the interview felt more like a conversation than a rapid question/answer interview.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team provides a comprehensive and transparent look at our company financials and areas for improvement. Centric seems to be constantly looking to improve, which shows a lot about a companies culture and vision.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Though we are remote, we still aim to reach out and communicate with each other on a regular basis. I know my team has my back and will aid me in client/internal work if I ask!
What makes you most happy at work?
The remote work/life balance is a great foundation to Centric. I can perform all the needed client related tasks from the comfort of my personal office and I still have the opportunity to build relationships with my coworkers.
