Everyone works hard and is very focused. Once the work is done, there is always a little extra time to socialize and get to know each others better.

Everyone is happy to be working for the company. An overall happy environment is contagious and your happy coworkers can pull you out of a bad day if you are having one.
What makes you most happy at work?
I have the ability to make my own path. I bring up ideas and those ideas become my next to-do's for the team. It really is like creating the perfect job for yourself.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
When interviewing I was asked what I would like and the company met that expectation. They give early bonus for the holiday season and in the short time I have been here I have seen them adjust pay mid-year to account for some market adjustments.
