I have found a really good place for me (and my family) in Centric. Our values are aligned. I enjoy the work and I am truly working with some of the most talented in my field. I love it here.

Being my authentic self and that is welcomed.

They are genuine and relatable.

It's fair, but not outstanding

My teammates, helping clients and staying on the edge of new tech
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to bring my authentic self to work everyday - no judgement and certainly warmly welcomed. We do great work together and continue to learn from each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They take to time to get to know me as a person and have intelligent conversations with me about how I can best contribute to the team. I feel respected and appreciated.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most are by far the nicest, most relatable people I've met within a work environment. I love that about Centric. One or two questionable people really stand out when swimming is a sea of awesomeness.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am pretty new and two things have stood out as exceptional. 1. The Couch, what an incredible experience! 2. When I need help, for the most part the team rallies - for everyone! Except for the one or two that stand out oddly in the culture.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company doesn't yet have a good way to measure people's success or contribution. I see fantastic work out there and those people aren't sometimes as rewarded as well as those who are a squeaky wheel and don't really act like a team member. It's rare but it does occur.
