What do you like best about the leadership team?
Always very transparent - we are never in the dark about numbers, goals, etc. The company isn't huge, but it's a good feeling when the CEO addresses you by name and asks about your personal life.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is big enough that we have many capabilities and skills but small enough that we all know one another personally. I can trust my team members to get things done and I respect their work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
One of our core values is creating an "unmatched" experience for our clients and our coworkers. It's astounding how many people actually buy into this core value and go to work each day with this in mind. It's cool to work with down-to-earth people who genuinely like doing nice things for others.
