Answering surveys! Kidding! Being able to help our clients and people makes me the most happy.

Centric believes in sharing the wealth. Lots of thought goes into base salary, profit sharing bonuses, and discretionary decisions.

Interacting with so many people who have different skills, experiences, life stories, etc. in support of a common set of goals.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I get the privilege of working with a group of folks who wake up everyday and believe that the things they are doing will help us become a 100+ year company. They are amazing!
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was a long time ago for me, but we really focus on ensuring people are going to be happy working at Centric. There needs to be a solid match on both sides of the table.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Wow, there is a lot to choose from when I think about the company culture I've experienced over the past 10+ years. Our Core Purpose is to create unmatched client and employee experiences. I see many things in place that make this aspiration a reality.
