I am able to work with all different colleagues across the company. I appreciate that the company is virtual too.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Centric believes in balance. Everyone's definition of balance is different and this changes throughout a person's career. Centric also looks at a person's career as a lattice and not a ladder- there is no up and out mentality.
