The excitement and zeal they bring to the company and our clients. The fully buy in to the UMCX culture and it grows and spreads across the firm.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive aspect is knowing that I am supported by a firm that doesn't micro-manage me but allows me to grow my clients like my own business but is always there to support me when I need it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The way it seems they value their people even more than their clients. They truly listen to their largest asset and make changes to improve the happiness of their employees. I love the Unmatched Client/Employee Experience culture that they foster in the company.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was able to meet several key people in the organization and being able to discuss with them the aspects of Centric helped me to understand much better if the company would be as much of a fit for me as I might be for them. I actually greatly appreciated that aspect of their interview process.
