People actually care about one another. Everyone is willing to lend a hand if you need it. Its a team first mentality.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am challenged on a daily basis. I'm trying to solve multiple problems a day and occasionally I get in over my head, but always have a lifeline to help me out.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have been given the opportunity to grow which is something I haven't experienced at other companies before. What would be helpful is as I'm growing to have more guidance on if I'm doing the right thing and advice on how to continue the process.
