What did you like most about the interview process?
Interviews were more of a get-to-know conversation than an interrogation
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Getting together at company meetings and events always feels like a family reunion (the good kind)!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how approachable our leadership team is. They always take time to engage with everyone at our events, they listen and take to heart feedback, and they really care about the company and the people like family.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is the BEST! They see me as a professional and an individual, and I can bring my while self to work. Working remote can be isolating at times, but this personal touch makes all the difference.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love being able to innovate in my role and propose new ideas. Implementation can be a bit entrepreneurial, but openness to change and improvement is always something my team is pushing for and met with (but we don't change for the sake of change, it's always intentional and we'll thought out)
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel the benefits package(s) offered, especially the HSA, has made a difference for us as a family. We are able to make dollars go farther and get the care we need without worry. I also am so thankful for the paid paternity leave offered and support for breastfeeding moms while traveling for work.
