They communicate their vision at our National meetings, and from I've heard are very aware of the business situation and open to feedback.

They're very talented and great people, all focusing on creating an Unmatched Employee Experience - making it a great company to work for
What do you like best about your company?
The corporate culture. I feel like it gives me room to grow, experiment, fail, and try again. I've received great support in pursuing the areas I'm most interested in.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
I'd like to see us grow our IT staff, have a more steady rotation of clients, hire junior developers in the greater metro area, help them grow within our company, and take on more data science projects.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is the reason I wanted to work at this company. Having all of our employees focused on the vision of creating an Unmatched Client Experience and an Unmatched Employee Experience helps to propogate that culture.
