Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
The overall experience has been very positive and led me to stay with Centric and in my role for many years. While there have been growing pains, for the most part, it has been worth it.

Monthly town halls and the format of those.

The willingness to serve our clients, employees and community.

Collaborative, honest, supportive and especially smart within the SO's leadership.

The people I work with and that every day is different.

As a BD person, the commission plan has remained unchanged since I joined Centric.

We truly treat each other well and, in many cases, they feel like family members. High degree of trust and respect.

The commitment to our clients and our employees. Centric has a "serve" mentality which is lived everyday in our culture and externally with our clients.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We genuinely care about each other and our lives outside of Centric. This carries over into our client engagements and is demonstrated thru Unmatched Client Experience, i.e. going above and beyond to support our clients whether professionally or personally.
