I interviewed with the individuals I would be working closest with and was able to ask questions that I wanted to know very specific about the role.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team works virtually, however, using great tools we are able to collaborate together on any issues or projects. Everyone can openly give their opinions and their opinions are heard.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is genuine when asking employees how they feel and if there is anything needed to do their job. They are also transparent with employees regarding the company and how we are doing.
