Working remote and the hours that suit my schedule. Even though I am remote, I don't feel isolated as we have various ways to communicate internally that work for any style.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Informative and transparent. Left with a good understanding of Centric, culture, how the SO's and BU's support one another, and position expectations were well defined. It felt like a conversation not a Q&A.
