They are transparent about current state and the vision for the future of the company. Additionally, they are approachable and stick to their offer of an open door.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They enforce and put a really big emphasis on the culture. A culture of openness, caring, balanced life. They protect and continue to put effort toward maintaining it.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The ability to interact with multiple people from different areas of the company. Hearing all of their perspectives on their time with Centric and how a common thread of positive experiences were woven through each interaction.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work hard, but also get along on a personal level. Being in consulting, it is sometimes hard to interact with your co-workers that are not on the same client project. Centric encourages these interactions and effectively mixes virtual and in person events and communication.
What makes you most happy at work?
The ability to have an impact and contribute to something larger on a day-to-day basis. As well as feeling that I am a valuable member of a team, both a smaller one on a local level, as well as a larger one at a national level.
