What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture of the company is positive, supportive and flexible, and allows you to stretch, learn and grow without your hand being held. My team in particular is always open to new ideas and looks to our team members for input to strengthen/grow our processes and procedures.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is extremely collaborative and always willing to support and lend a hand when needed. We work effectively and diplomatically when it comes to brainstorming and working on projects and I feel like everyone's opinions and voices are genuinely heard and considered in the decision making process
What did you like most about the interview process?
Being able to talk with multiple people across the team, including one who held a similar position as me. They were able to share honest insights about the role but they also made me feel really comfortable and like this was a team and environment I would want to be a part of.
