Feeling like I'm learning something new each day and that the roles and tasks I have are helping me to grow personally and professionally.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is collaborative, knowledgeable, supportive, and always looking for ways to improve our processes. Each person on the team is included in the decisions and I always feel like people's voices are heard during our meetings and discussions
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was able to speak to several people in the organization which allowed me to hear different perspectives and learn what they enjoyed most about the company. The people I spoke to were honest and friendly and made me more excited to want to join the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My colleagues are extremely friendly and supportive. If someone needs to take time away from work for personal/family reasons, the team steps in to provide coverage and to offer supportive words to that person. We're also given the space to grow and to challenge ourselves without being micro managed
