I am not feeling undervalued. However, if they could make a stronger investment in retirement accounts, that would be really valuable.

They are "REAL" , aligned, communicate well and seem to really believe in the importance of a great culture; they have been making good strategic choices for Centric. They seem honest, ethical and value the people at Centric.
