What do you like best about the leadership team?
It is truly unbelievable how much effort they put into developing and maintaining the company culture. Absolutely awesome.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was able to sit down with managers and a partner who genuinely cared about getting to know me.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health benefits for single's is top-notch, but far more expensive for families. Pay is fair and negotiation is very acceptable!
What are some of the best things about your team?
In-person meetings within business units happen quarterly at a minimum, but are often held monthly. Each meeting is a great time and something to look forward to, because of how great your co-workers are.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most accurate thing I've heard from leadership, because of the company culture, is that they want "Centric to be a place where you retire." They hire with the intention of keeping you around for 10, 20, or 30 years, and they provide a culture that you want to be in for that long.
