What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Being a remote company can present its challenges in this area but everyone in the company seems committed to providing opportunities for engagement with our co-workers and the event's staff does a great job of putting events together.

I liked the fact that I interviewed with a multitude of people and the interviews weren't just focused on my job but were also focused on the culture of the company and how I would fit within it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is well invested in the success of its employees and doing what is right for our clients. Culture is important and a focus of the hiring process to ensure that new employees fit in well with the mission and values of the company. They're also extremely transparent on financials.
