There are days when I am surprised that I get paid to do what I enjoy doing. I'm not pidgin-holed into one discipline either (as I was at my previous consulting firm). Centric values my experience and expertise on anything I want to bring to the table.

What makes you most happy at work?
I love being able to add value and surprise my clients and co-workers with a great experience and creativity.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We share insights and information freely and are putting the needs of one another ahead of individual gain. There's no feeling of "one-up-man-ship" or climbing the corporate ladder by stepping on others. We work as a team, grow as a team and thrive as a team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The best thing I can say about the Leadership Team is that they ARE a team. Hierarchy doesn't come into play at Centric. I've only been with the company for a year but I can share my insights and thoughts with any "level" of the organization and I'd be heard and acknowledged.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Besides the good pay I receive, there are other ways the company compensates me including a partial bonus before Christmas and the three-day holiday party each year that allows me to connect with my co-workers and not talk about work. For the first time in my career I feel my value aligns with comp.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I never felt like I was being critically evaluated to do "x, y and z". I was being evaluated to become part of a family... it becomes your family of choice. We all have family (good and bad), but when you're brought into a "family of choice" there is freedom and the ability to relax and enjoy.
